Five a Day : Health Foods
The Scottish
Government has come up with an alternative five-a-day foods
for healthy living that better reflect the Scottish
lifestyle. These include the following:
* A bowl of
porridge (the oats will keep you regular).
* At least four
pint of beer (for the hops and malt).
* One deep fried
Mars Bar (a Mars a day helps you work rest and play).
* Six cans of
Irn-Bru (great source of Ammonium Ferric Citrate).
* A large portion
of haggis, neeps and tatties (as neeps taste like shit you
can skip these).
* Ten strawberry
tarts (you need to get some fruit down you).
* Forty Fags
(Tobacco is a herb after all!)
